Now a days everyone eating fast food or oily food or eat excessive sugar which harm our body because of not controlling or maintaining the diet properly many people were suffering from disease which harm their body and reduces their life time.

For type 2 diabetes we have to consume non- starchy vegetable, whole grains, lean proteins, legumes, nuts, healthy fats. Fiber-rich foods help control blood sugar levels. For fatty liver disease we have to eat plant based foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains like brown rice, corn oats, brown rice noodles etc, healthy fats such as found in olive oil and nuts, lean proteins like fish and poultry and limited consume of alcohol, sugar drinks and red and processed meats.
