It strengthens our heart, muscles, lungs. Fitness isn’t just about how you looking it’s about how your body functioning in daily life. Fitness is the overall physical, mental well-being. It include cardiovascular endurance that how your heart and lungs supply oxygen like when we skipping, cycling, running. Muscular strength the amount of force your muscle can exert like lifting, weights, pushups. Muscle endurance that how long your muscles can perform without fatigue. Flexibility how much the motion in your joints. Body Composition the ratio of fat to lean mass in your body.

Nowadays, many people suffer from weight gain and lack of strength. They are often unable to perform daily tasks efficiently because they lack energy and strength. As a result, going to the gym has become increasingly popular. People now start to maintain themselves and join yoga classes or gym they maintain their body and strength whatever they want to their is a gym trainer or yoga teacher was available which help them to achieve what they want as they want lose weight or gain weight, build their muscle strength. Fitness is more important as it helps you live a longer, healthier and more active.  For fitness nutrition is the very important thing we have to intake having a proper diet and nutrition, protein intake and exercise will make your body fit and give you strength.

We have to also ensure to take rest take a proper sleep and consistency doing exercise in regular basis.

Doing exercise improve physical health it strengthens the heart, lungs and muscles, helps maintain a healthy body weight, reduce the risk of diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease. Improves posture, balance and flexibility. It also help to boost mental health it reduces stress, anxiety and depression, increases the production of “feel-good” hormones, improves focus, memory and sleep quality, builds confidence and self-esteem. It increases energy levels by doing regular exercise enhances stamina and endurance, improves blood blood circulation and oxygen supply throughout the body, helps you feel more energetic and production throughout the day. It also supports better lifestyle habits, it encourage healthy eating and hydration, promotes discipline and consistency and also reduces unhealthy habits like smoking or excessive screen time. It enhances longevity and quality of life by slows down the effects of aging, keeps joints, muscles and bones strong, and also allows to enjoy daily activities without fatigue.

For reducing the risk of diseases and be active, do work properly and effectively if we don’t take care of our body it will hurt our body and our mental health also which will result as depression, anxiety so it’s better for us to do exercise on regular basis and correctly.
